Progressive Innovations’ uses the Intelli-Kon proprietary software system to carefully monitor and control all of the curing components. Three infrared sensors feed temperature data back to the controller inside the UV Command Center. This important data allows the controller to ensure a proper cure of the liner while staying in the cure ranges provided by each liner manufacturer. The automated Progressive Innovations’ Intelli-Kon software system maintains proper airflow in the liner, automatically ignites each lamp in a proper start up sequence and gradually speeds up to the liner manufacturer’s recommended cure speeds. Once the liner is cured and the light chain is almost back, the Intelli-Kon software provides a post cure sequence ensuring the liner end is cure, proper lamp shut down is enabled and a cool down cycle begins to end the curing cycle.
